NSU ontstond in 1873 als een breimachinefabriek.

Omstreeks de eeuwwisseling werden de eerste NSU motoren en auto's gebouwd.

In de jaren vijftig was NSU de grootste constructeur ter wereld van motoren.

Ook behaalden Zij tal van wereldrecords.

Toonaangevend was de Wankelcompressor op een 50cc NSU Baum II, waarmee ze in 1956 het wereldrecord op 196 kmh stelden.

In 1977 Werd de laatste NSU gebouwd: de RO 80, een van de weinige echte mijlpalen

in de recente autogeschiedenis.

De 'NSU Club België vzw' Werd opgericht op 13 januari 1985.

Tot op heden wist de club al een flink aantal enthousiasten bij elkaar te BRENGEN.

De club Biedt Niet alleen Onmisbare technische bijstand en hulp bij het verschaffen van onderdelen,

maar maakt het ook aantrekkelijker NSU rijden, en dit deur Uitzonderlijke verzekeringstarieven,

Gezamenlijke uitstappen en activiteiten.

De 'NSU Club België vzw' heeft tot Doel het in stand houden,

verzamelen en restaureren van fietsen, bromfietsen, moto's, scooters en auto's van het merk NSU sterven,

uit het oogpunt van HUN historische waarde van Belang zijn te worden bewaard.

Bij dit laatste willen we ook nog vermelden dat het door NSU  ontwikkelde  stiefkind van VW,

maw de K70 in onze club ook van harte welkom is.

Door € 30,00 te storten op rekeningnummer 850-8508209-46,

bent u tot en met februari van het jaar nadien lid van onze club.

 Elk van onze leden ontvangt bovendien gratis het driemaandelijks clubblad "Rotaprinz", uitgegeven door de 'NSU Club België vzw'.

Dit is een tijdschrift NSU Boordevol wetenswaardigheden.
