Timetable and Program
Thursday
- Arrival of the first participants.
- Registration and possible placement on the camping site.
- Free visits to La Roche-en-Ardennes and neighborhoods.
- At the evening, together in the party hall with music.
Friday
- Breakfast on reservation.
- Continued arrival of participants.
- Meeting of the club presidents.
- Continuous sale of parts and free exhibition of the participating vehicles.
- Dinner if booked in advance.
- Official opening of the 41st Intern. NSU meeting in the banquet hall.
- Evening all together in the party hall with music.
Saterday
- breakfast on reservation.
- Continuous parts market.
- Placement of the vehicles for the drive to the place where the group photo will be taken.
- Group photo.
- Dinner if booked in advance.
- Start party with music in party hall.
Sunday
- Breakfast on reservation.
- Farewell to the participants.

CLEANNESS
We ask you to always use the provided bins.
RESPONSIBILITY
The organization of the Treffen can under no circumstances be held directly or indirectly responsible for theft and any personal or material damage during the duration of the event.
The vehicles must have valid registration and insurance to participate in the tour, and all drivers must have a valid driver’s license.
TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
Technical assistance is provided during the event in case of breakdown with your NSU. More information about this at the reception.
CAMPING
The camping reception closes at 7 pm.
At 10 pm it is no longer possible to enter or leave the campsite with a vehicle! Make sure to arrive earlier!
Dogs are allowed on the campsite.
We ask that you always keep them on a leash except in the designated area on the campsite.
The power outlet are provided for type E house plugs (choice of 6 or 10 amps.)
If you have a blue CEE plug, you can use an adapter. More info at the reception.
You may make a barbecue on the site, but it must be at least 50 cm from the ground.
Please do not leave the ashes on site floor afterwards.
We try to ensure that night silence is respected after 11 pm.
What is included in the Enrollment ?
-> Access to the campsite, the marquee and all facilities throughout the event.
1 welcome bag.
1 keepsake souvenir.
1 group photo.
-> Participation in the tour with your vehicle. (If in order with highway code and insured).
-> Access and participation in all activities in the marquee.
-> Possibility to sell parts on your camping plot.
