In the form of a buffet :
White bread – brown bread – wholemeal bread – Viennese pastries.
Cold meats – Cheese.
Jam – chocolate – butter.
Museli – Yoghurt and fruit coulis.
Fruit basket.
Coffee – Tea – Hot chocolate – Fruit juice & still water.
Supper ( € 28 )*
Friday evening
• Boulette liégeoise, chips, salad and mayonnaise.
• Dessert = Chocolate Mousse.
Saturday evening
• Skewer from turkey with Provençal sauce, grilled potatoes and mayonnaise.
• Dessert = Red fruit Bavarois.
